THIS DEAL IS AVAILABLE FOR WEEKDAYS AS WELL AS WEEKENDS.  THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR IS ACCURATE.  HOWEVER IT TAKES 10 MINUTES TO UPDATE ACROSS THE WEB.  YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORGANIZATION YOU PURCHASED FROM DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.  YOU NEEDED TO CALL ME WITH YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER ON THE MONDAY AFTER THE PROMOTION,  WHEN YOU GOT THE VOUCHER TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.  THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE YET TO CONTACT US.  PLEASE DO SO ON E-MAIL SO I HAVE WRITTEN AND ACCESSIBLE DOCUMENTS OF YOUR VISIT. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO FILL OUT THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, PAY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND TAXES, AND GET FURTHER INFORMATION PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. 

Contact me via e-mail or phone...preferably e-mail with your voucher number and dates requested.  I will be updating the availability calendar throughout the day as requests come in stopping around 7:30PM but continuing later in the day on 9/27.

• Nights of your stay requested
• Voucher number
• Number of well behaved dogs staying

I will be e-mailing invoices for the refundable security deposit + tax + dog fees, if any.  Please pay this promptly to secure your dates.

Rental agreements will be e-mailed out to you.

Return to me via scan, fax or snail mail....fax if you are traveling in October please:

• Rental Agreement
• Copy of your voucher
• Copy of Drivers License

As your date approaches, I will be sending out maps, driving directions and the like via e-mail.
